4 of our Favourite Custom Copper Projects to Date

We've said it before and we'll say it again, we absolutely love taking on custom projects. Over the last couple of years, we've had the pleasure of making some really cool custom pieces for clients all over the world. Here are some of our favourites:

2 METRE COPPER TRAY/BAR TOP

Our client Zahra reached out to us regarding our copper tray. Zahra has a large wine rack at home that she wanted to be more of a bar space. Our standard size copper tray that we make is 235mm so you can imagine our surprise when Zahra requested a 2+ metre tray top! However, we were more than happy to oblige. Luckily, Zahra is a Perth local so we were able to hand deliver the piece and help to put it in place. The copper tray top fit perfectly in the space and is a great addition to Zahra's eclectic interior style. 

70CM BLACK COPPER 'HALF TIME' CLOCK

GREEN, BLUE & TURQUOISE BLENDS

In the last 6 months, we've had a few of requests for turquoise, blue and green patina blends on our clocks. Initially, we thought that even if we could do it, it would be extremely hard to achieve but, like always, will some trial and error, Cam nailed it.

When creating custom pieces, we try really hard to get a full understanding of what the customer wants. In these instaneces, we were been fortunate to have great clients who understood the patination process.. Em, Rhia and Shell trusted us with their vision and thankfully - the outcome's were incredible. All 3 of the below clocks were patinated using a very similar method. This just highlights how different patinas can truly be.

COPPER HOUSE NUMBERS

These were an exciting request from a Perth local late last year AND, luckily for you, we will soon be adding them to our core range (you heard it here first folks)!

Our customer Nicola had just purchased a green, copper half time clock from us and decided to reach out to see if we had the capability to make house numbers. At the time, we didn't have the machinery ourselves, so Cam created the template and outsourced to copper cutting to another local Perth business. We created two sets of numbers. One for the mailbox and one for the wall of the house. We would love to be doing house numbers regularly in copper and brass so, stay tuned.
